Yoga Nidra ~ Yogic Sleep, a special place we can access when bringing the elements of a safe space, in comfort and quiet together, so we can let our nervous system rest ~ The perfect antidote to busy stressful lives. 

You will be invited to lie in a super supportive Restorative Yoga Pose, using all our props, from lots of cushions, bolsters & blankets. Once totally comfy, the practice of Yoga Nidra will begin, using pranayama, breath work to guide you through this blissful practice… no standing, no kneeling, just simply lying and letting yourself bath in a moment of rest.
